Joining Devise: A Return to What Matters and a Push Toward What’s Next

Nearly a decade ago, I worked alongside the Devise team (then Blue Collar) to help launch Every Man Jack’s subscription model. Even back then, I remember thinking, “This is the kind of team I want to build with.” Sharp strategy. Clean, impactful design. No ego — just thoughtful people doing great work.

Fast forward to now, and I’m proud to say that moment has come full circle: I’ve officially joined Devise as COO and Partner.

This isn’t just a new role. It’s a commitment to building something meaningful, lasting, and deeply values-aligned.

I’ve spent the better part of my career scaling agencies, cleaning up and implementing operational models, and connecting people with a business they actually love. After years of working behind the scenes, I was ready for a new challenge, one where I could go all-in, help shape the vision, and build alongside a team I respect.
