There’s a line of thinking that says if you want to be thorough, you can’t be fast. VetWise puts that misconception to rest. With a virtual care platform built by veterinarians, for veterinarians, it leverages technology to increase access to efficient and effective on-demand care. VetWise doesn’t replace in-office care; it augments it with new capabilities to help veterinarians serve more people at more times while better managing their caseloads. The result is a smoother, more efficient, and overall happier experience for vets, pet parents, and, lest we forget, the pets themselves. To accomplish all this, VetWise is built on a foundation of innovation. As such, we knew we needed to develop an equally innovative brand.

Research
For creative to hit hard, it needs to be based on solid data. Before we jumped into the brand voice and visual identity development, we went all-in on research, gathering executive insights, conducting stakeholder interviews, reviewing owned research, leading a quantitative survey, and analyzing competitors. The results of this process informed creative development and laid the groundwork for a brand built on objectivity.
Visual Identity
As a symbol of wisdom, the owl was a clear choice for a logo. Combined with a clean, approachable wordmark, it embodies our commitment to attentive veterinary care that’s always within reach

Clear, straightforward, and simple, “Care. Anywhere.” captures the essence of VetWise's promise: expert care wherever it’s needed. The tagline reinforces the brand’s commitment to being a trusted partner in pet health, no matter the time or place.
Brand Voice
We developed a brand voice that recognizes VetWise’s position as a tech company while honoring its mission of providing care. Built on the attribute pillars of Personal, Supportive, Understanding, and Comprehensive, the voice speaks to the values at the core of the company.
